DATES :

TIME :

Each module runs Saturday and Sunday from 9am till 6pm
WE START ON TIME

LOCATION :

Norfolk towers apartments, near Nairobi University main campus, Nairobi.

U & I has a trained team of only 5 and is looking for young people engaged and passionate about bringing connection and peace in their country to all publics, respectful of their own wisdom.

Our goal is plural :

• giving simple and efficient communication tools to people who want to implement them immediately in their social work or their community within a short time frame.
• having more skilled trainers that can facilitate U & I trainings and give access to these tools to more publics.

The content :

• Imago powerful communication skills internationally acknowledged.
• 2 days intense training in Nairobi per module.
• 1 day co facilitating a workshop with already trained facilitators or a video of your work with new learned tools per each module to guaranty full integration.
• Certification as U & I facilitator after full integration of 4 modules.

To come :

• Module 1 :
  Communication skills for individual coaching: how to give true empathy, empower individuals (be children or adults)with their own wisdom.
• Module 2 :
  Communication in one to one close relationships (couples, co-workers, associates).
• Module 3 :
  Communication in families
• Module 4 :
  Mediation. Communication in communities, at workplaces.

Cost :

• 2.500 KES per module for students.
• 10.000 KES per module for workers.
• Includes 2 days training only.
• No food or transport provided.
• Downpayment 1 week before beginning of training required for admission.

Food can be brought and shared on the ground by each participant.
